On 12 October 2010, EU-Japan Centre and JMAC organized a seminar in Brussels on World Class R&D. Shinichiro Nomoto, Senior Consultant of JMAC, presented the findings of the latest JMAC survey in to R&D practices in Japanese industry and the explained the Japanese Process Management Method. Kevin Plastow, Director of Global Business Development wrote an article that appeared in the May 2010 issue of EuroBiz, the monthly magazine commissioned by the European Business Council in Japan. The article dealt with the problems many firms face when attempting to implement solutions offered by non-Japanese consulting companies in Japan.
