Step.2　Discussion
Our consultant will discuss with clients about their current issues & those hidden issues
Step.3　Proposal
Once a specific theme is identified, we will submit a detailed proposal with our consulting approach, duration, project members & consulting fee required to client.
-We will not charge client for the above steps

Set up project team
We will discuss with client to identify organization & members to form the project team
Kick off
Inform project purpose, procedure & goal to related department & personnel involved to kick off the project
Consulting
We work together with personnel involved to understand their current status, preparing improvement & detailed action plan
Preparing report/Presentation
Report progress to personnel involved periodically, discuss & review to conclude the project
